Tapping on various points on our body calms the system down. As the body responds to mental
images in our mind, it doesn’t question the validity of the image. Real or imagined, the body can
respond. If we understand that these bodily signals can represent emotional blocks or resistance
to the image, we can clear the body response and let the logical mind take over. Giving
presentations without fear, starting business projects, making telephone calls, selling our
products would be so much easier without our physical resistance
