Jeff Gilmore

Jeff is President of the Association of Residential Communities (ARC), founder of the Community Associations Institute SA (CAISA) and executive member of the Residential Community Council (RCC)

For the last 20 years Jeff has been assisting networking bodies, national committees, national stakeholder groupings, sector training authorities, national standards bodies, government departments and employer bodies, in areas of collaboration, generation of national standards and qualifications and formalisation of agreements for purposes of harmony, legislation and common purpose.

He is also a member of The World Congress of Community Association Management (TWCCAM) and the Foundation of International Community Associations Research. He received the CAI Rising Star award in 2010 for Community Association Leadership.
